Robert Burr – President & CEO Robert Burr is a founding partner of College Street Partners and has over twenty-five years of experience in commercial real estate development, advisory, investment, and management. He has broad experience in developing real estate projects and advising large organizations on a wide variety of real estate issues. Burr also has an extensive track record of redeveloping older properties and converting them to higher and better uses. Moreover, Burr has established a reputation for creating innovative methodologies for capturing hidden real estate value and solving problems. Mr. Burr received his B.A. from Harvard College.

Michael P. Gerhardt – Senior Vice President Mr. Gerhardt has extensive experience in the construction and real estate development fields and presently works as development manager. Prior to joining College Street Partners, Mr. Gerhardt served as a Managing Member for a real estate development and acquisition firm. He has worked in the owners' representative role on construction, development and acquisition projects in the Boston Metro and New York City areas. Direct project experience includes over $50M in adaptive re-use projects and new construction in the sectors of healthcare, high-tech, residential, and retail. Mr. Gerhardt holds a M.S. and B.S. in Civil Engineering from Lehigh University.

Gerry McSweeney – VP Acquisitions Gerry McSweeney has nearly 30 years experience in commercial real estate development, leasing and management. He enjoyed a lengthy career with Woburn-based Cummings Properties, helping to build and manage its eight million square foot privately held portfolio as a vice president. McSweeney is best known for redeveloping Cummings Center in Beverly, MA, a ten year, $70 million conversion of the two million square foot United Shoe Machinery factory complex into a modern office park. Mr. McSweeney received his B.S. from Suffolk University.

John Varsames – Managing Director, College Street Partners South John Varsames has 35 years of experience in site selections, acquisitions, financing, permitting, and successful project management and execution. Varsames served as Director of Project Development for Chicago-based American Invesco Corporation where he managed the acquisitions, permitting, and construction of multi-family and commercial projects. Varsames managed as many as six concurrent projects in four cities. His additional project experience includes the construction of sophisticated semi-conductor laboratory facilities, medical laboratories and imaging centers, outpatient surgery centers within campuses, and freestanding building developments.
Varsames has served on the National Board of the National Association of Home Builders, was Chairman of the Board of Energy Rated Homes, was appointed by the Governor to the Vermont Council of the Arts, and has been a member of the local planning commission.
